How you receive your file

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your full-quality mosaic is made on your device and saved to your Downloads folder.
• This usually takes from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the print size, the quality you chose and your device.
• The file is delivered to the phone or computer you paid on. It isn't sent by email or post.

Downloading again

Your payment covers one mosaic at one print size, as JPEG, PDF and PNG files. On the same device and browser, you can download any of them again at no extra cost for as long as your project is saved there. Your project is stored only on your device, so it's removed if you choose Start a new mosaic or clear your browser's data. Keep the files you've downloaded somewhere safe.

If your file doesn't arrive

1. Press Download my mosaic again. You won't be charged twice.
2. For large prints (A2 and bigger), use a computer: very large files need more memory than most phones have.
3. Still no file? Email [email protected] with your payment ID, and we'll help until it works. See also our Refund and cancellation policy.

Printed products

PhotoPulse doesn't currently print, frame or ship anything. You can print your file at home or take it to any photo lab or print shop. If we start offering prints, this page will be updated before they go on sale.
