Good to know
Are my photos really never uploaded?
Yes. PhotoPulse is a web page that does all its work inside your browser. Your photos are read on your phone or computer and stay there. Only the payment goes over the internet, and it never includes your photos.
How many photos do I need?
30 photos is enough to start, and a few hundred looks wonderful. You can add up to 1,500. PhotoPulse tells you how many suit the print size you choose.
What do I get when I pay?
The full-quality file of one mosaic at one print size, as JPEG, PDF and PNG. You can still change the look or quality and download again at no extra cost. A different main photo, different fill-in photos or another print size count as a new mosaic.
Can I print it at home or at a print shop?
Both. A4 prints well on a good home printer; for bigger sizes, take the PDF to a photo lab or print shop. When printing, choose "Actual size" or 100%.
What if the download fails after I pay?
Your payment is remembered on the device you paid on. Open PhotoPulse again in the same browser and download it again without paying. Still stuck? Write to [email protected] with your payment ID.
Can I get a refund?
If you're charged more than once for the same mosaic at the same size, we refund every extra payment in full; ask within 7 days. Other payments aren't refundable, because you can check everything first with the free preview and small copy. If you can't download your file, write to us and we'll help until it works. See the Refund and cancellation policy.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, for small and medium prints. For A2 and larger, use a computer: very big files need more memory than most phones have.
